Has anyone use crowdfunding for a deal. If so can you explain the process and how did it go for you?

Thanks Victoria, Kim and Mary for your information. I was just looking for investors, deals that they have done. I have my own plan, I wanted to hear from others and if anyone had made any money doing the type of wholesaling that I read about all the time. Not to discredit anyone who wholesaling. If you are making money, great and much success.

Thanks for the information, I'm just wondering is anyone making money doing wholesaling, you hear a lot of stories, but don't get many people to respond to the question. My son has done a couple of deals in California. Just looking to see what others are doing!!

Thanks Chris for your input, what I was asking, if you don't have the proof of funds. not just a letter ,why would I do business with someone hoping to sell the property. I understand what you are doing, your credibility goes a long way in this business. I see all of these youtube and advertising for people to get into wholesaling with no money and I was just asking if anyone is making money wholesaling with little or no money. I buy and hold, have little interest in wholesaling.

Why would I get involved with a deal and you don't have the money to pay for the property if the contract expires. Is there anyone making money from wholesaling, who are getting homes under contract with no money out of pocket?
