@Andrew Hogan but for a new investor would that be a good idea? or will it give me the experience quicker ?

I also kinda want to diversify my income but I agree also thanks for the advise!

@Jessica Alu yes ATM are in my opinion the best passive income but to answer your question my family knows the owner of the company that makes the ATMs and they sell it to us for a small percent of the profits (7%) which seems like alittle but adds up once you own 15+ like me but with the amount of profit I really don’t mind paying the fee if you are in the PA NJ area I could help you start up a ATM side hustle really good for making a few extra thousands a month

@Daniel McNulty thanks for the advise and yes ATM have huge potential if there in the right areas for example some ATMs make Me 400-700 a month and a few make 1200+ depending on the month really safe investment I would say!

@Victoria Pham I would like some light rehab properties and rent high to make the most money I can im pretty new to all of this just seeking any advise on how to grow my wealth.

@Gregory H. 80k is what my taxes are my father is the reason my incomes so high but thank your the advise !!

@Randall Alan I own no propertiesl ive with my parents served 4 yrs in army I get 4k monthly for 100% disability my dad owns 3 business in Newark and philly area which I manage and earn 1k a week also I own 15 atms in the philly area which make me 11k a month(around 850 each or so) under my dads business so that money I don't make technically because there under he's business accounts finally I own 5 gambling machines which are legal in philly which make me 10k or so a month . My income won't be this for more than 2 yrs id guess which is why I need help building a real estate portfolio to make me more passive income and is more stable
