Also household items, tires , TVs etc. Ever week it's a mess and the city dump truck only comes once a week.

Multi Fam and since I purchased the property my management staff been having problems with the tenants.  Now I'm wondering if it the property next door that is also dumping there trash. I dont know how to fix the problem now being that we are under the "Shelter-in place".
