What's up family I have a little issue going on right now and hopefully I can get a little feed back and ideas, ok I found a nice 3/1 brick property he was asking 26k  but got hime down to 13k I put the earnest money down now I have 2 weeks to close but I don't no how I'm going to come up with 10-11k  

By  me just getting married at the beginning of this year we emptied out our savings down to 3k so now my issue is I'm needing help to find money for this deal

Ok professionals I found a nice multifamily unit, I analyzed the property ROI, and Cash flow was great.

 I was able to get the owner on the phone he currently still have it listed with a broker so he told me to give him a call back in 1 month. So my question is during this one months time period what should I be doing?

I know finding money and what else PLEASE HELP JUST A LITTLE NERVOUS THIS WOULD BE MY FIRST DEAL  

What's up BP family my Name is Octavous and I'm from metro Detroit, I'm writing this form because my goal is to comment to two post a week into the forms

I am currently fighting Analysis paralysis I read daily listen to all the bigger pockets  pod casts and so on and so on but I feel like I'm stuck and the reason for that is I don't have the best credit and I feel like I don't have anyone in or near my circle to go to for advise. I am a hands on learner so sometimes I can read and read something and I understand it but I be nervous to apply it, I hope I'm am the only person going threw this first step struggle but if there anyone out there in BP land that can lend me any type of advise please do.

I live in the area and I'm also going to purchase a couple of property's threw the auction

Hello BP family my name is Octavous I'm currently an investor on a small scale but for the past year I have been doing a ton of reading and learning about real estate creative financing and whole selling but I'm not that guy that's looking for the quick buck but I'm the guy that would go above and beyond just to learn the process. I live in the metro Detroit area and I'm currently a Carpenter superintendent/project Manager and I would love to partner up with another investor who's stronger in areas that I'm weak in so if there are anyone that could use a FREE!!!!!!!! hand just massage me like I said I LOVE TO LEARN.
