I am currently struggling with my follow up marketing strategy's can someone please let me know to if there is some type system I should be using.

The way I would do it is tell your end buyer to take $2500 non-refundable earnest deposit to your title company and if that don't oh well they will lose out on your awesome deal and if it's a great deal someone will lock it up.
