I’m exploring the Chester, SC area for potential investments, but I’m brand new to the market. I’d love to hear from anyone who invests or manages rentals here.

What are vacancy rates like these days? How’s tenant demand? Are there particular neighborhoods or property types that work well in Chester?

Any insights—big or small—would be hugely appreciated. Always happy to swap experiences and stories from other markets I’ve invested in!

What are you doing when you receive higher offer then the Appraisal?
