I am also still learning. I just heard that you can sell your primary home to LLC. Has anyone done an installment sale of primary home to a series LLC?

Hello. I have seen an increase in furnished housing. I am furnishing one unit of my four plex and see how it goes. I am looking at wayfair to furnish it as well. Thanks for your post as I see I am not the only one that has opted to use Wayfair.

I am working on my estate plan with KKOS lawyers that include a revocable living trust, a will and a power of attorney for $1200. It was a special they were offering.

I have considered the same thing. I work in a skilled nursing facility and the owner is a single owner from California. Have you explored the option now after several years?

I am a real estate rookie learning about real estate note investing in Texas. Can you buy real estate notes with a self directed IRA? Would that even be a good strategy?

Hi Robert,

A lender informed me you can refinance at anytime after FHA loan to a conventional loan. The question is if you would be approved for another FHA. Lender says you may be denied after already having had an FHA. I spoke to a realtor in Mcallen and she says it's possible as her clients have done so in the past. Best of luck.
