@ David Thompson What is the best way to find MF properties? I am looking around and it almost seems like the good deals are word of mouth, especially in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

For now just residential, I made the mistake of telling my family that I wanted to start a very tiny R.E rental business and now I am being bombarded by their friends who are in the business already. I just feel a little overwhelmed by a lack of information and an abundance of people who potentially don't have my best interest in mind.

I am brand new to R.E.I. and I want to find an attorney. I am not sure how to start screening attorneys or what questions to ask to even figure out if one is the right fit for me. Does any have any suggestions or resources where i can start finding out more on this?
