Can anyone refer a title company in SOutheast Michigan who will do a double close. I'm not finding anyone who will allow for buyer to wire money in and then close w me and seller separately.
Also need title company for double close in Chicago if you have.

I am getting close w a couple deals but having an issue finding a title company in Oakland County Michigan. Can anyone please recommend a wholesaler friendly Title company who can handle Double Closings (not assignments) in Oakland County Michigan and Chicago Il?
