I am trying to find out how do you keep the middle man and the other
person that is the real buyer from cheating you out of the deal that
you bring to the table. I hope there are some answers out there at
this point I dont know what to do. These people contact you and you
send them the information and you dont hear from them again. It
seem like signing buyers brokers agreement with them dose not help.

Hi, every body I have been in the Real Estate business for a long time
and I would love to network. I have right now a couple of house's that
Iam trying to sell in the dekalb area that has been renovated. And also
a couple of lots that are vacant. I am selling commercial as well, I am
trying to find out how do you find the investors that are foreigners
that are looking to invest here? Any body know? well thats all for now

I have a listing that I am sure they would like to sell the property has
been renovated. How would I get paid ? The property has a tenant
that just signed a lease Let me know.

I am sorry you did not understand me, what I was saying, it would only
cost you around a $100 to get registred with the state as a finder. I have
some one that is working with me and that is what they did. To keep it
legal with tax's and all. They are asking for a lot of money and I dont
mind giving it because If a finder brings you a buyer they make it
happen they should get paid very well. sorry for the misunderstanding.

You need to establish a finders business and I will give you a very good
finders fee. and It should not cost that much for you to do that maby
$100 or so.

Welcome atlantainvestor it's always good to see new people. I have
access to numerous properties that need rehabing. and vacant land and
lots that are ready to build on in great areas that are being revitalized.
if you are building and wanting to rehab I am sure you would be intrested
