Wow. What a list. I live in Port. St. Lucie, FL and homes are flying off the shelves in hours for high prices. The best buyer's agents are in a challenging environment. Very difficult to pull off a simultaneous closing with the same clients. I am also with EXP @Jeffrey Davis

@Rick Novotny great answer! I also work two jobs with a family and only licensed in Florida so far. I’m working on getting my first property. I always like hearing from people like yourself because it gives me motivation to know I can do it too.

@Michael Noto it’s on fire. About 1.4 months of inventory left according to the last Realtor data in Nov. 2020. Down about 56% from last year. Median and average sfh sales up around 6.5% from last year 2019. Mostly all Florida like this.

The above link will help me find and vet my list of local Florida RE buying partners. If you buy or plan to buy in Florida only.

At times, I may need to use the wholesale strategy and I am refreshing my list of quality RE buying partners for 2021. If you're new or experienced, it doesn't matter. If you take my short survey - I will send two more before I call you. If you get the call, it is like a short interview process to make sure I am dealing with the right people for my business.

If you're a "tire-kicker" only - that is okay. That just means you're a certain brand of buyer. I can take care of you too. Be a part of my Florida network and let's close on many deals.

Hi Johnny. I’m from Port St Lucie. Cashflow is possible in St Lucie county (Ft Pierce and PSL) however the property taxes can be so high for investors that the rent must be set high. I can help you. I am a licensed Realtor and working on my own investing journey as well.
