@Gary Chlastawa What type of deals are you looking for specifically in springfield ? duplex, triplex 4plex. ?

@Eddy R.- Good plan I recommend going to all the meet ups in the area.

@Amber Jamanka & @Cecilia Arnulphi I come across deals all the time message me whenever you can if your still looking in the springfield market.

@Josue Tabora- I don't have my license and I wholesale but I do use the MLS and it actually helps a lot. So you can get the license and it will help but you don't HAVE to get it.

Your credit doesn't matter when it comes to wholesaling but my best advice would be to join a REIA, you can find them on Facebook and also meet ups dot com. Then Find someone that does fix and flips and ask them if you can find deals for them.

How about a small portfolio of about 10 dividend paying stocks ? It's probably not passive as an index because you would want to check reports, see how the company is doing and etc.. what do you guys think ?

I went to one there just going to sell you on another seminar some people say is was worth it but you'll learn a lot with just BP , youtube, joining all local reas and networking.

@Andrew Laing Well I'm focusing on single family homes through probate and also absentee owners. I think there's a lot of opportunity here. I lived in Lynn Mass for a couple years so I'm familiar with your area are you just interested in just multi family's or are you considering single family's as well?

@Jaysen Medhurst Yea your right, so your basically saying take there numbers but then do your due diligence and figure the numbers out yourself then you can just compare and see where the wholesaler is at with his numbers. thanks!
