Hello I'm currently looking for a title company in Bolingbrook that deals with wholesaling and I found one that says they have closed on multiple back to back purchase/sale deals. Is that the same as wholesaling? If anyone else knows of a good title company for the suburbs of Chicago that would be great if you could share that with me also any wholesale contracts that you use here in IL. Thank you so much.

Has anyone used the purchase and sales contract off of here in IL ?

I was wondering should I strictly look for owners selling their homes or can I work with agents as well or does it matter. Who is signing the contract at the end of the day? Thank you in advance.

Does anyone know where I can find reliable wholesale contracts or does anybody have some that wouldn't mind if I used them?

Is it illegal to wholesale in Illinois without a RE license? Some have said yes others no and I'm pretty confused. Please help!
