Does anyone know where I can find reliable wholesale contracts or does anybody have some that wouldn't mind if I used them?

There are contracts in the FilePlace under the tools tab above. New investors often ask for a contract legal in X state. Most contracts are legal, more importantly; does it say what you want it to say? Take some time reading over various contracts and try to  understand what it is saying. Get used to the contract lingo.

People often ask questions like "Can I get my deposit back?" Well the answer is usually in the contract. It is important that you understand what you are committing too.
