@Larry Fried Hi Larry  the west side didn't get hit to badly  I have 5 properties and a hotel on that side and no damages to any of them.

@Dan Green its both. Im from Miami but currently live / invest in jacksonville, There are deals for rentals and for flips. Depending on your goals you can surly find something  in Jacksonville
