It has always killed me how the libs say they stand for the "poor, abused, helpless" but they are the first to cut a baby out of it's Mommy's tummy. That's all I've got to say about that.

I already have a few interested buyers, but Cris Chico's system has you marketing for buyers at the same time as you're marketing for houses. So it should build up fairly quickly.

From what I understand, the way he finds good deals is to do very targeted direct mailing. I'm about to try it for Columbus, OH, and I'll update you when I figure out my response rate.
