@Kyle Wilkins I agree with what has been said here, I don't think SB is the place to buy anything over a duplex. That being said, there is a lot of potential for single-family in SB and Mishawaka. Maybe check out the local FB meetup group sometime.

@Jennifer Everhart and @Bradyn Melser Have you guys ever looked into going to the local meetup there? There isn't a lot of investors in the area online, they seem to be older, but you can still find a growing FB group 

@Account Closed there are a lot of options, you have to determine what you are looking for and what good is. For help you could check out this group and see what their experiences are like...

I think many of the investors in SB are stingy with their recommendations because if they finally find a good one they want to keep them. That being said, you could check out here also for some ideas on who to contact...

@Wesley Clark Hey man, I am from the SB market! There is not much action on the forums for our area, it's very frustrating for a beginner IMO. However, there are a couple of local FB groups and meetups that happen. The best one is below:

@Michal Shain ben harosh Hey man, good to see other SB investors on here, there doesn't seem to be as much actuon on the BP forums as I would like. @Jen Arizmendi is a great resource and if you want even more community I would recomend our local meetup group here!
