hello I want to get a better understanding of how a cash-out refi works. if I have a property that is paid in full and I paid $100k in cash for it this year, if I were to do a cash-out refi on this property for 75% and get $75k back....when does this $75k have to be repaid back to the bank? what is the usual interest rate on a cash-out refi? how soon after I initial closed on the property for $100k can I do a cash-out refi? thanks Patrick

Does anyone need additional help with general labor, rehabs, showings, general errands in the real estate business? I'm frequent in the Milwaukee area on a weekly basis.

Hello,  I want to make the next step.  I want to meet new people, learn from them and then hustle to build my real estate portfolio!  My wife and I have decided the time is now.  With her 14yr experience in condo property management with a Chicago portfolio, we have decided to capitalize on that knowledge to build our own portfolio through buy & hold opportunities, specifically multi-unit properties.   As we start this endeavor, we are also interested in meeting with investors & exploring real estate syndication opportunities.
