I would present myself as the property manager, especially if you are planning on living in one of the units. For the businesses i own, i am introduced as the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Makes life much easier lol

Get up early, get a side job and live on 60% of what you bring home. Invest 15% in Mutual Funds, and 25% in Real Estate.
