@Kareem Elshatory they can def be a little tricky when the clock is ticking, but it also helps put the seller in a more vulnerable position when it comes to your offer. Do as much research as possible on the property and find out the title situation from the seller...if multiple signatures are needed, make sure they know that you need to move quickly since others will be involved. Allow yourself plenty of time and make sure you have everything lined out. Title companies don't always move as fast as you'd like, and banks surely never will. I've done a few tax pre-foreclosures before. Shoot me a message if you wanna discuss it more. Good luck!
