Hey BP community! I came across this awesome site while researching real estate investing and the many different topics associated with it. Originally I’m from northern VA but moved to Cincinnati about six years ago for my career as a design engineer in the aerospace industry. I’ve always been attracted to the idea and excitement of building a real estate portfolio so that I may retire earlier and enjoy the simpler things in life. Recently, myself and two colleagues have decided to get serious about finding and executing our first deal in the Cincinnati area. Our basic goal is to build a portfolio of positive cash flowing multi family properties in up and coming neighborhoods around the city. We’re hoping to land our first deal by the end of the year and plan on slowly building up a portfolio after learning the ropes with the first property. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
