Hello BP,

I am currently working a 9-5 job. I have always been intrigued and interested in Real Estate. My wife runs her own business and needs someone to help as she is running at about 110% capacity. So, I am about to leave my 9-5. I also want to get into Real Estate and want to pick up my License. My Question is........ Is it possible to find a broker to support a Part-time agent in today's market? I would say 40 hours a week would be possible as I could still do my part in my Wife's company.

Outstanding post. Great info for me to think about as I start. Thanks for taking the time to do the write up.

Once you complete the class and pass the test, pay the fees. Do you have to "hang" your license with a broker to get access to the ARMLS.

Josh. I am finding the same thing with wholesalers. The ARV always seems to be really high. Best of luck. I am still looking for deal number 1 myself.

Where/How can you find a listing of homes that are going up for auction? Also can you find assigned times for a specific property?

Follow up on this question....... Would I be able to do my own roof, tile floor, move a wall...... If I wanted to take a house down to the studs and re do it, Is that possible. I understand everything has to be to code. I would Imagine I would need a licensed sparky and plumber for things like that.
