@Dave Visaya Thanks and will do!

Hello BP Family in DC,

I am Patrick "Steez" Speller. I'm from the Big, Little City of Nashville, Tennessee but I moved to Washington, DC, for school at THE illustrious Howard University (Recent grad: Class of 2017!), where I see myself living for the foreseeable future. I have no real estate experience besides: a couple of face-to-face meetings with individuals already in the real estate business at some capacity, a handful of failed cold calls, some poorly placed bandit signs, and an unproductive mailing list. But, hey, it's a marathon so I'm going to keep it moving.

I am here to network with individuals that can steer me in the "right" direction to help achieve my goals. I'm not here to waste anyone's time, so in return I will provide as much value on my end as possible; whether that includes doing any tasks that one may find arduous and humdrum or simply taking action immediately with an all-in state of mind. I’m also open to networking with new investors, as we can aide and be of inspiration to each other as we chase our dreams.

Feel free to contact me anytime!

To Our Mutual Benefit,

Patrick Speller
