Does anyone know a good CPA in San Antonio/New Braunfels area. I am moving and want to set up a LLC.
I know how to fill out all the paperwork except the hud one. Does anyone have information on how to properly fill out the paperwork or a site with information.

Can someone advise me on a good Real Estate attorney in or around San Antonio. I am looking for an attorney who may be an active investor themselves and knows the in,s and out,s of investing. Thank you in advance.

Possible deal-Home owner backs up to new subdivision and the subdivison is running water on to his property and it is ending up in his basemnet when it rains hard and has caused a mold problem. He wants out now, and is sueing the developer for the water that is running onto the property. He is paying to mortgages and needs out. I know with out seeing the property it is hard to give suggestions,but if you have experianed something like this,I would appreciate all ideas. One acre lot and it is saturated with water. Could a person go in and install a gravel base with field tile to disperse the water enough to aleviate some of the ground saturation?Any suggestion would be appreciated. Home is in Joliet ,IL
I have know the owner for many years and her husband died and their are 4 junk housed and a major fixer upper so the land is of the most benefit. Rents will not justify this property,just the land. I did not know she was going to list with a realtor,but she did. They are asking 790,000
and i thought i would offer a option for $700,000 for 120 days with and additional 6 months if needed at an additional price. This property will have to go through zoning if someone other than the person i think i can sell it to buys it.
Does this sound like it would work.
$5,000 dollars option for 4 month option with the option of an additional 6 months for $1,000 dollars a month .
I am currently looking to option a piece of land for approx $700,000. I have a possible buyer for this and i would like to know the best way to structure and option for this property. How much i may have to put down and how long of a term i can ask for . Plus extension,s provisions.
What is the cause of all the foundation problems in Texas. Is it from water leaks washing out the foundation?

Does anyone know the vacancy factors for rental units in and around San Antonio
