Try audible.com. It is an unfair advantage. You will listen to stuff that you might not read. You will also read more than you normally would.

Third Monday at 6. It's in an office building on Monticello now. Give me your email address and I'll get you on the list when the next email comes out.

Congrats.

I'm consistently underwhelmed with inspectors. The things that they miss are amazing. There are no Mike Holmes type inspectors out there. If there were, you probably wouldn't pay for them.

That is exactly what this book can do for you. It gets those things out of your mind and lets you focus on the next things that you can take action on.

@James Mudd I was just kidding. I've read it several times. I think it has many great ideas. You can try them and see what works for you. I think the concepts about decluttering your mind and setting up systems to not forget things are great.

The most powerful idea he gave me was the concept of figuring out your next action step. If you get overwhelmed by large projects(like rehabbing a house) or complexity, he shows you how to break it down and get to work. It is definitely worth the time.

It's on my list, but I have not found the time to read it.

I like it. With the warranty, you should keep a few hundred bucks a month. Is it easy to rent condos there?

The HOA is usually a huge turn off for me, but I would like to hear about your experience with them.

Ok if you want to live there, but it probably isn't a great investment.
