I am in Oshawa Canada. I run a company that specilizes in creating legal accessory apartments in the local regions. We have also just got into flipping houses, with our first project currently underway in Port Hope. If anyone is in the Durham or Northumberland area, I would love to network.

I found out about this site while listening to many different Real Estate podcasts. I am in Oshawa, Ontario Canada. But have connections in Gulf Shores, AL. I have my first flip under contract, and am hoping it goes as well as planned. I run a contracting company that specializes in creating legal accessory  apartments, and we have done many flips for local investors. I am excited to be working on building my own future, instead of someone else's.  I would love any advise about flipping anyone has. I am always looking to learn more.
