@Bradley Fogeltanz Here in Kansas City we have a solid cash flow market as well as solid appreciation historically. I work mainly with investors out of state and would happy to chat about the area with you to see if it matches up with your goals!

@Jay Durant Wherever you decide, if out of your local area, make sure you talk to a realtor who works with investors. They will be able to point you to which neighborhoods that are good and which are the ones to stay away from. They’ll often also provide you with contractors, property managers, and title companies that also work with people of of state. Let me know if you have questions specifically about the KC area! Good luck!

@Chad Grossman Narrow down your search to a couple markets that would work best with your goals. Then really dive deep into each market to see what kind of returns you can make and what strategies are working in those markets. Once you choose your market, create a team. A great agent can get you in touch with others in his/her area. Best of luck to you.

@David Carpio Start putting a team together. A good agent can help you in what areas to stay away from, is willing to run numbers for you, and can help you understand what makes a good deal. I’d be happy to answer any specific questions on the area for you!
