Hi - I'm new to real estate investing and Bigger Pockets.  I've been reading and studying for a few months and ready to take the next steps to try and find a deal.  I live in Denver and struggle with being able to cash flow here so trying to find good resources to research other markets.  Anyone have any good places/resources I should take a look at for market/city info?  Thanks, Paul
