I'm looking for a more efficient way to collect lists of fresh probate properties. Do you have any suggestions?

Today I went down to the court house to get going with Probate leads and I was told that they cannot give me any information without a specific persons name or a case number. Any idea on how to pull probate properties in Connecticut???

Hey quick question for you guys! How do you go about getting access to the MLS? I'm looking into getting access but I'm not sure what's the best way. Just contact a real estate agent? or do you know of any other ways? Thought where better off the ask then the BP community!
