Hi Pete, I would be happy to help and provide guidance on areas. Your price point will be challenging for an agent to find. You may be better off connecting with wholesalers to find opportunities in your price point. Just be sure to run your own numbers. Wholesalers are notorious for paddling the ARV, under estimating the repair budget, and other things to make a real seem good.

You're right sorry I should have clarified, having the agent give me their expertise on the area when I find a deal from a wholesaler, let me know a true ARV and then have them list it when done.

Also looking for value of a home to sell or rent after built on vacant land.
