I'm not sure where you find the criminal information; however, I wouldn't want to find out what they have done. Even if they are all petty crimes, they are still crimes and shows holes in their integrity as a person. 

The six different cases would be a big red flag for myself, even one criminal case would be a red flag for me. Anyone in trouble with the law that many times present, or past would not get a chance to live in a property I own.

I am in the middle of waiting for the state to send me back my documents so I can take the California Real Estate test. 

I took my classes online through Allied located in Laguna. The classes cast me $180 and they're self paced. I had to send $60 into the state for a processing fee and I should be able to take the test this fall. The state exams come specific times.

Okay, hit the home button, which is the upper top left and when you hit that it will bring you to the homepage. Scroll over to forums, which is to the right and there will be a drop down box that will appear. In the drop down box you will see keyword alerts. Click on the keyword alert and it'll go to the page that you can add your keywords.

Hey Shane,

I know we spoke before about some ares in the Inland Empire, so I just wanted to add a couple new areas to the list for you. Some parts of Yucaipa, Banning, and Beaumont could be options for you. There are some newer style homes out there and a big influx of people to Banning and Beaumont. It would be a bit of drive for you, but if that's the price range you are looking for, it's worth a shot.
