I remember you well @David Niles!  Definitely appreciated the work you've done on my property.  Boots on the ground is fabulous.  However, Mashadvisor looks like a great tool to assist in valuations and analysis.  Just looking for someone who's used the site and validity of the data.

Anyone been using Mashvisor for a while? Looking for some reviews on the accuracy and relevancy of the data. Bonus points if you've used it in Buffalo area, but not necessary. I plan on using the trial to give it a test run, but there are limits on what you can see. Thanks in advance!

C&M Property Management

Hello!  I'm originally from the Buffalo area but now live near Seattle.  I'm ready to jump into the Buffalo market not just for profit but also to participate in Buffalo's renaissance.  Being I live on the other side of the US, I'll need trusted teams of agents, contractors and property management.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I'll be in town in the near future and would like to meet.
