It's tough enough to operate a fix and flip business locally. I see a lot of pitfalls trying to do it out of state.

No it is not the end, in fact if the market gets softens full service agents will be in more demand.

I don't think the real estate market knows whats about to happen to it. Commercial lenders are killing deals already. I'm selling a strip center and they asked for 90 day extension. My agent lost two large deals in last 48 hours. I think the residential market is stalling and will be in free fall shortly. Almost impossible to imagine this scenario 15 days ago. My last flip just went under contract today but I won't be surprised if it doesn't close. Good luck to everybody.

I was scheduled to start a pool remodel last week but rain put it off and remodel on my personal home starting in May. Total budget was 90k plus. Both are on hold now.  I would rather have the cash at this time.
