Alexis I still haven't found a way to add our own logos to the new style calculators. Last Wednesday's webinar, Brandon mentioned that we could when he was analyzing a deal but never said how. I asked multiple times in the Q&A but got no response.

I also think that $ under the points area is only if you happen to be using hard money.

Yeah the old calculators have a place to press for other actions. In there is an option to add your own logo.

I was wondering now that the calculators have a new lay out, I'm having trouble figuring out how to add my logo. Before I was able to choose other actions and now I dont see that option. If anyone can help I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks

I was wondering now that the calculators have been updated on the site, how do I upload my logo to the PDF printouts? I don't see an option for other actions anymore like the old version. If you could let me know how this is accomplished I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a Google voice number set up for tenants to call but what if its after business hours and it's an emergency? I dont want to give out my personal number. I also dont have a property manager or handyman yet. How do I deal with this issue?

When you analyze a deal using the BP calculators and download the pdf file to print, is there a way to change the BP logo at the top left to my own logo?

I recently signed up to be a pro member on BiggerPockets and saw that I get certain perks for doing so. I want to sign up for an annual membership to Rentometer. The perk says I can get the $199 annual price for $100 off, but when I click the link the savings doesn't show on Rentometer. Is there a certain coupon code that I should be applying in order for it to work? If anyone has had the same problem, or has any info on what to do, I would love to hear back.
