Hey guys. Ive had some trouble understanding how to value a multifamily. You should be able to do this with rehab rent rates, correct?

Jasmine Patel hey! I am an agent in NC. Please keep in mind that buying right now in the "Triangle" (Raleigh/Durham/Cary)..may represent some difficulty because its highly appreciated now as it is. There are some other areas where rentals would get you much better returns.

Read Appendix C like 4 times! Last i checked...thats the part about licensing law
