I just want to make sure I get the most and best opportunities with that money and not put money into something that doesn’t work and will just be a waste of capital.

Hi all. Phil here; I take my exam for my state license here in PA (Phila & Bucks County area) next month. I would like to know once I’m licensed how much money should I allocate towards marketing and advertising? I also plan on doing the basic lead generating by door knocking & cold calls.

As well what are the type of Marketing & Advertisement strategies that you find work most efficient and efficiently? Also how much are you spending on that? How often? And the leads conversion rate?

I am a new investor. I have been studying real estate investing across many exit strategies including rentals, wholesaling and flipping. I am ready to start investing and am currently working on structuring my LLCs. What are some good programs for CRM, lead generation, marketing and advertising? Also any advice on any subject of the matter would help.
