Following this. Very interested.  I think I remember listening to a BP episode once where woman actually appealed the value of her property to come in much lower if I remember correctly.

I remember Brandon said something about shopping around, and eventually, finding a broker who can help you sift through a lot of the noise. Make an effort to talk to other investors and who they use. Of course, it's always better to find an insurance agent who has investment properties themselves, and understands your needs.
