Hi, Thanks for the reply.
Could you elaborate on why there are few cash flow opportunities? My research so far is finding that it is very difficult for Expats to get mortgages anywhere outside their own country.
So I am looking at getting some properties in the UK that will give me a reasonable return. Unfortunately I will have to buy them outright.
cheers.

@Larry Fried,
I am looking at the UK and South Africa at the moment, I am South African...
But I have not lived there for 20 years :)
I am open to all markets where i can get a good return on me investment, I am a bit concerned with the USA market as it is not easy to get a visa for myself, and it is a LONG way to travel. By the looks of the political landscape visas will be tougher to obtain in the coming years.
Cheers,
Pieter.

Hello,
I'm new to this and planning on starting soon. However I am based outside of the country I want to invest in and won’t live there or can't for the next few years.
I am planning on investing in rental properties.
Do I find a property management company?
Do I look for individuals that list it as their job?
How do I go about screening them?
Is there a forum for this or a guide here?
Thank you in advance for any feedback.
Cheers,
P.
