@Russell Holmes I agree!!! My husband and I were looking at winter park, lake Mary, Maitland areas for our first property but after some research I quickly turned my attention to apopka...so glad I saw your post!! This helps so much!

I'm new to the REI world and I'm consuming as much info as I can day by day..however I've always wondered if getting my license is necessary for investing. I keep reading mixed reviews..some say no waste of time and money - possible to grow as an investor without it and some say that it will help in the long run/perks of access to MLS etc etc.
Would you recommend it? Why or why not?
