I am also in triangle area and looking for investment opportunities in real estate. We have recently raised some fund and interested in fix-up/flip, so you can add me to your buyer list for your wholesaling business :-)

Thanks so much for the great suggestions, Matt. Could you please let me know who are the Big three wholesalers? (sorry I am the newbie here :-).

I have followed marketplace for while, but didn't find anything yet related to the area I am interested (north Raleigh, Chapel Hill). I also try to find bandit sign or Ads for "Cash buyers" when I drive around but again didn't have any luck. I guess these may not be allowed by the county/city. I searched craigslist and signed up the wholesaler buyer list (most are in other state but post ads in CL-raleigh), but didn't receive any response yet.

Anyway, thanks again for everyone's comments. I will definitely try a few things you guys suggested. Hopefully I can find some good wholesalers.

In this forum, most time people talking about how to do wholesales. However, as end buyers, how or where can we find reputable wholesalers? I am real estate broker and have a group of clients that are cash buyers and interested in investing in real estate, triangle area, NC. But it's hard to find good deals through MLS. So I wonder how to approach those wholesalers that can bring off-market deals to us. Any thought?

I am so glad that I found the BP world after I search for the wholesalers in triangle area, NC. I live in Cary and have been working as part time real estate agent in the past few years. After invested a few rental properties and established a group of investors as cash buyers, I am thinking quit my job and be a full time real estate investor :-)

Anyway, I am excited to join this community and I am looking to connect with real estate professionals.
