Hello, I am a Realtor from MD but dreamt of becoming an investor. I am looking forward to buying my very first rental property. Maryland is a crazy market today. Numbers does not make sense. Someone told me I can take a look into the Delaware market, since it's closer to me. First question, what rental markets are worth looking into in Delaware.
