@LaTamra Crane I use Propstream for different types of lists and I love the data but I do not recommend their skiptracing. I prefer batchleads or ReiSkip.

Sorry for late response. The hit level is pretty good. High quality data. >80% delivery rate and >20% response rate on text messages. I also used free services in the past like truepeoplesearch and paid ReiSkip but they weren’t that good compare to Batch. Hope that helped.

@Zachary Ma propstream data is more accurate and I like website layout. I use batch just for skip tracing ($0.14 per hit) and sms blasting.

@Jake Bryant Maybe you sent your post cards to the same leads like many others investors using Propstream etc and it is not making you stand out. Maybe you should try handwritten letters.

Did you start cold calling by yourself and then hire VA ? Because if not this is probably not the best idea. You will miss a lot of lessons from this conversations. I hope this help a little.

ReiSkip for skip tracing or some free websites like freepeoplesearch but the data is not always accurate there. I heard Batchleads is good for sms campaign. For direct mail propstream and yellowletterhq. Google Voice for cold calling.
