There is a way to do it but it's very inefficient. If you look at the parcel records on the property appraiser's website, you can see one by one if they have a mailing address that is different from the property address. Like this one:

I would suggest those armstrong vct tiles or maybe sheet vinyl. Cheap and easy, and you will have to do less prep than if you are doing epoxy, which requires a meticulously clean surface to properly adhere to.

I would recommend either painting the columns a lighter color, maybe trim color so they stand out more, or even boxing them in for a more architectural look. As with the other suggestions, power wash all the exposed brick and steps, make some flower beds in front. I would remove the bush probably. You could put a lattice trellis up the lower part of the chimney for a flowering vine to climb on as well which would lessen the blocky feel of the chimney.

Hey TJ- Also check out Habitat Restore, I think there is one up that way. Good source for all kinds of rehab supplies.

Could you alter the stair layout so it doesn't have the landing and turnaround? I agree the kitchen and bedrooms could be downsized and add a half bath or full bath. I would probably go 3 bedroom in this size with two baths and make the living area larger.

Wow, I would really not want to mess with that one. Get a good excavation contractor to take a look at that one. That could be really, really dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.

I second Bill S. - you should really consider Hardie plank to replace the wood. It will cost in between vinyl and wood, will be much lower maintenance than wood, and will look 20x better than vinyl.

Armstrong VCT is awesome stuff. I have it in my house in the guest bath, think it is super hip looking with some cheapo Ikea fixtures. I think it cost about $40 bucks to do the floor in that bath

I would remove the railings, bench, decking and skirt boards assuming the structure is sound. Re-deck and build new benches. No need for railings on that deck because it is low enough that they are not required by code. Will open up the view across deck to the yard.
