Post: Tenant with 2 service dogs

Apologize for my naive question. I am a new landlord from San Diego.

I have an applicant who has 2 service dogs for her emotional support.

I dont have any issues with the dogs but wondering will there be any liability for entering a rental agreement with her for having service dogs and for any reason, if I had to vacate her with a due notice, will there be any complications legally?

Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

I am planning to buy my first rental property and one of my friend adviced me to get

the LLC first to avoid loosing my fortune if the tenant sues me for anything unexpected.

What do you advise RE gurus?

TIA
