I have a deal on an appartment buliding that I am buying with the seller aggreeing to put me on title and use sellers loan terms until I can refi the property. What forms and/or contracts do I need to complete the transaction? Is it an equity purchase agreement? Thanks

Yes I am aware of foreclosureS.com, they seem to me to have the most informative site. They are pretty timely with property updates when NOD's are filed. I'm not to keen on the zestimate qoutes, zillow is very hit and miss on their values. I will try to find out what program this agent uses although I'm sure I will get the run around. If I find out what the program is I will let you know.

Fairly new to real estate investing. I want to know if anyone has heard of a software program that searches the MLS for properties for high equity based on comps. There is an r.e agent in my area who says he has this patented software. Just wondering if anyone knows of such a program(s).
