Thank you Bill for posting this information. I am a newbie and want to get into Mobile Home Investing. Your figures made sense to me and seemed practical.

Hello BP Family. I just finished reading the BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide booklet and I'm a little uncertain about my next step.  First, I"m assuming, I need to write out my Business Plan, work on my Criteria and possibly get some business cards made.  I found a Real Estate Group on Meetup.com within my area, so I'll attend one of their free meetings to see if it's a group I want to pay to join. I already purchased the J. Scott books on Flipping House (which I'll read this week) and I subscribed to John Fredro's podcast and newsletter, since mobile home investing will be my niche.

My question is, once I do these steps do I then find a mentor or do I get a mentor before I start working on these steps?  I already know what I will offer as my service for their knowledge and that will be my photography and videography experience.

I'll continue roaming around on the website to see if my question has already been answered but I appreciate any help the BP family can offer.
