san ignacio is pretty sweet with all the waterfalls. Much Better Value than the islands but its the islands. Hard to beat and there are plenty of great deals these days

PM me as I own several IBCs and many properties in Belize. Hence, the search for a CPA versed in my needs as a US citizen complying wit all of the latest and greatest IRS forms.

Congrats and welcome to Belize. I currently own 2 existing hotels on Ambergris Caye and we are building the first overwater development on the island, www.LinaPoint.com.
We are also developing 2 new projects. An overwater island development www.EnchantedBelize.com and a waterfall resort on the mainland in Cayo. We have never done any sort of syndication as we have raised funds through pre-sales and private investors. Curious how the whole process works, maybe I can be a local resource for you in construction and development and you could clue me in on raising funds through syndication for our upcoming projects in Belize.
