I am going to have to disagree with Ram about WordPress. If you are going to build your site yourself, WordPress is definitely the way to go IMO. While there are plugins and themes to maintain, it is possible to automate this and the fact that it is so ubiquitous means that it is easy to get technical help, as opposed to trying to find help for the no-name builder that he is recommending.

Lead Propeller and Carrot are good options to consider if you don't want to build your site yourself. If you want to make money off of your site, it's a good idea to either hire and SEO professional or study the field yourself.
