@Jonah Kolsrud Well, one way to automate lead generation is to add a chatbot to your website. A chatbot can answer your visitors' questions 24/7 without missing a beat. Statistics show that chat is most people's preferred way of interacting with a business. A properly designed chatbot should be able to generate 2X - 3X the number of leads that a static website will generate.

I have to agree with much of what has been written. The app crashes often. The fact that they don't show a Pro member's logo in the online versions of the forum is maddening as over half of BP's traffic is likely mobile, if they're like most other websites.

I think that this is a great site that could be better.

Jerryll is technically in competition with Carrot in that he offers SEO services to real estate investors. While Carrot offers fine websites that do well SEO-wise, they are basically a template-based site whereas I suspect that Jerryll will build you a more custom SEO solution. As to the cost, I would also expect Jerryll to cost more than Carrot for a more custom product and, hopefully, better results. 

Whether you would get better results with one over the other, I can't say, but I would encourage you to consider all of your options.

No matter which way you choose to go site-wise, it's always a good idea to add a chatbot to increase the number of leads you get from the traffic generated by your SEO results, if that makes sense.

Canaan, you are wise to consider adding a chatbot, it's something that very few investors have caught on to yet and will distinguish your site from the vast number of competitors you'll have in your market.

There are a few different ways you can go as far as chatbots are concerned, some better than others. :)

I would take it one step further, Jerryll. I would recommend adding a chatbot to your real estate investor website to help convert your traffic into leads.

As it is, most "We Buy Houses" website convert less than 1% of visitors into leads!

A chatbot can both capture visitor contact information while providing answers to their questions.

A chatbot is the 21st century approach to automating your marketing.

A lot of people in the real estate business use Podio as their CRM. Podio has a free version with various upgrades available. It's super easy to use and there are several videos on YouTube by real estate investors about how they use it. Check it out.

Here are my two cents. I have a real estate broker's license and my understanding is that, at least in Florida, you must have a real estate license to earn a commission on the sale of real estate. I am not a lawyer, and certainly am not giving legal advice, but I would tread carefully here if I were you.

Your basic choices are to go with either industry specific website builders like Carrot and Lead Propeller, generic website builders like Wix or Square Space, or build your site yourself with something like WordPress.

Unless you have website building experience or are technically inclined with some free time to learn, I'd recommend either Carrot or Lead Propeller. Cost should not be a major consideration as one deal will pay for your site for quite a while.

As to which is better, Carrot or Lead Propeller? I'd say they both have their strong features and you just have to look at them closely to decide which one is the better fit.
