Can anyone suggest a good multifamily mentorship program? If you have gone through a multifamily mentorship program and have felt that you've gotten a great deal of help from the program please let me know. I am currently doing small multifamily deals but would love to expand to higher doors (30 to 200 doors).

@Thomas Rodgers the answer is an aggerate of all of the items mentioned. There are different formulas floating in the market. Whatever you use, keep a 30% margin on the property and you will be all set. Let me know if I can be of any help. I am in west of Cincinnati.

@Gaurav Mehta I heard that Atlanta is a great market to invest in. I am in Cincinnati, OH and it's one of the best too. You will get great appreciation plus awesome cash flow if you get the location right. There are some areas that are not that great in terms of appreciation. Let me know if I can be of any help (not an agent).

I am not sure about Cleaveland but Cincinnati is good too. If you have six-figure savings, it would be best to invest in a multifamily. It's a lot less risky.

I met a member of our REIAGC group who specializes in AirBNB. She is a pro and has a lot of airBNBs in cincinnati. If I were you, I would probably reach out to her and consult her. She is usually seen in the meetings helping other members of the group.

I would highly caution against investing in any of Rod Khleif's deals. He makes most of his money selling education. I was almost about to join his warrior program but decided against it because of the guy who was super rude and arrogant.
